Tenthline is a Toronto-based service provider that offers a wide range of on-premise and cloud services for content management, Agentic AI, business process management, migration, and more.

Tenthline Inc. was founded in Toronto in 2004 with the goal of becoming a leader in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) in North America. We combine a variety of open source technologies with our team's DevOps expertise to design and deploy the perfect solution for your organization.
What sectors do you provide services for?
Tenthline primarily focuses on the government, insurance, healthcare, and education sectors, but is not limited to this selection.
Where is my data stored?
For Canadian customers, Tenthline takes Data Residency into account. There are two primary geographical "regions" in which data centers are located: Canada East (Montreal, Quebec) and Canada Central (Toronto, Ontario).
For US customers, there are a variety of data center regions available.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
Yes, Tenthline provides both 9-5 and 24/7 customer support with 4-6 hour SLAs.

Zahid
Founder & CEO
After being in the tech industry for over 35 years, Zahid decided to launch his own company in 2004 focused on content management. As technology has evolved, so too has Tenthline's focus, overseen by Zahid himself. Today Tenthline is a leading digital transformation company in North America and one of the only Hyland partners deploying Alfresco on Azure cloud.
Jeff
Lead Senior Developer
Jeff is Tenthline's longest standing developer and chief architect. In addition to architecting solutions with factors like security, performance, and budget restraints in mind, he acts as a liaison between vendors and clients during development and as support. He has been working with Alfresco for over 15 years and has become familiar with many other applications such as Java and Kubernetes during his long tenure in the industry.

Lead Senior Developer
In his role as a senior developer, Chris specializes in data modelling and user interface, scripting in multiple background languages including Javascript, AngularJS, and Ansible with ease. More recently he has taken on a project management role as well, acting as the point of contact between clients and the rest of the Tenthline team.

Lead Cloud Architect
May is Tenthline's resident Azure and AWS cloud expert. She's the one taking the lead when it comes to designing cloud infrastructure and resource allocation, and is always at the forefront of security discussions. Her specialty is ensuring clients receive highly available, highly scalable cloud architecture.
Joe
Developer
From older J2EE technology to modern Azure microservices, Joe is an expert when it comes to back end development. His work on both new applications and supporting established ones is integral to keeping client projects running smoothly.
Ridley
Operations Coordinator
Ridley works behind the scenes of Tenthline to ensure business processes are running smoothly. This includes everything from administrative tasks like website maintenance to marketing to compliance.
