Mobilicity

Tenthline Consulting was recruited by Amdocs to deliver a tailored Document Management System (DMS) solution with Collaboration capabilities specific to the needs of their client, Mobilicity.  We built the entire solution on the Alfresco platform with V3.3.  The project included our full Implementation Methodology where we first focused on the requirements through a detailed discovery phase and then progressed through each of our other structured implementation phases, including a full development cycle.  Tenthline is also providing Mobility with long term application support, per their request.
 

Algonquin Power

Tenthline Consulting was contracted to provide Algonquin Power with a solution to replace their existing 5 year old SharePoint DMS deployment with the popular Open Source Alfresco DMS solution.  Like most customers, Algonquin Power requested a phased approach to the new project with a focus on usability and user adoption.  Because Alfresco is both highly configurable and flexible, Tenthline was able to meet all of the documented customer needs and wishes, including a Collaboration dashboard.

ICBC

This ICBC project was won by Tenthline Inc. because of our long standing expertice in the WCM space and our leading Fatwire implementation services resource.  The customer preferred to take advantage of our Agile methodology as applied to Web Content Management (WCM) solution where the priorities were mainly placed on reliability, scalability, cost and ease of maintenance, breath of features needed for desired capabilities of both the short and long term.  Among the required features this customer needed were Identity Management related capabilities and integration with Access Manager. 
The customer now has successfully experienced an 80% reduction in password-related call volume, faster, simpler access to applications and web information, streamlined provisioning of new users, enhanced content taxonomy, and enhanced information security.  This solution also enabled ICBC to streamline workflow process for all content, and their Content Authors can work independently of IT staff.
