Michael somehow found an opportunity to slip a pesky extension into my Firefox called the Total Confusion Pack. I was just tired enough when I woke up this morning that I was scratching my head trying to figure out why vowels were spontaneously going missing or why seemingly “safe” links actually got me RickRoll’d. Other strange effects included making the unread message count on my Gmail inbox say “666″, causing the browser to go back two or so pages at random, and replacing sections of text on web pages with words like “LOL” and “whatever”.
